    PROTOS

    PROTOS is a Secure Enclave as a Service platform that uses an IRAP Assessed Cloud, hosted within Sovereign Australian Data Centres.

    PROTOS provides Virtual Desktop as a Service, Published Applications and Security as a Service for customers who require cloud-based services at PROTECTED or OFFICIAL:SENSITIVE.

    Partnering with a range of cloud providers, including AUCloud, Insitec has tailored solutions that are fully ISM compliant and IRAP ready.

    With the ability to provide services ranging from Information Management, DevOps,  Workflow processing, or any other corporate application that requires a virtualised secure enclave, PROTOS offers the best possible combination of security and flexibility.

    With Insitec’s PROTOS Security Operation Centre, all of the Essential 8 and the Top 37 controls are monitored and dashboarded, showing at a glance the security posture of your information.

    Rapid deployment technologies allow for solutions to be provided quickly and deployed automatically based on the secure images that Insitec builds within PROTOS.

     

     


    Insitec Gateway Environment

    Insitec has been providing hosting, private network and internet gateway services since 2002. The Insitec Gateway Environment (IGE) has been under constant improvement and continuous operation during that period and now supports hundreds of users across multiple organisations with a very high degree of reliability and availability.

    The combination of hosting provider, private network and internet gateway provides you with the ability to connect all your sites to a single network. You can access all services both internally and externally, securely and efficiently. The IGE scales from small 5 user sites through to large sites with hundreds of staff without excessive cost or performance degradation.


    VDIaaS

    To bring the ANU campus experience online, AUCloud deployed the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure as a Service (VDIaaS). Known within the University as the ‘Virtual Information Commons’, this provided the capacity for the University to scale to support over 20,000 students, including international students located overseas, as well as staff and lecturers, to access key applications online.

    Based on VMware’s Horizon 7 application and working with partner AUCloud, the Insitec VDIaaS provides a resilient, highly secure, sovereign service that meets the Australian Government’s security controls for data classifications at Official, Official:Sensitive and Protected (in accordance with the Australian Signals Directorate’s (ASD) Information Security Manual (ISM)). This provides the assurance that supported data remains in Australia and is operated by security cleared, Australian citizens.
